Your family's olive grove in Lebanon

All funds are held in a UAE-registered holding entity and managed through regulated escrow accounts — completely outside the Lebanese banking system. Third-party auditors verify every dollar spent. You receive full financial transparency reports annually, and milestone-based fund release means your capital only moves when verified progress is confirmed on the ground.

Olive trees begin producing small yields in year 3–4 and reach full maturity by year 6–8. You'll start receiving olive oil shipments from year 4, and financial returns begin distributing from year 5 onwards as production scales. We share conservative, base, and optimistic projections so you know exactly what to expect — no overpromising.

We operate exclusively in Lebanon's most stable regions — the North (Koura, Batroun, Zgharta corridor) and the Chouf mountains. These areas have maintained agricultural continuity even through Lebanon's most difficult periods. Olive trees are remarkably resilient and require minimal infrastructure. Your legal ownership sits in a UAE entity, further insulating your investment from local instability.

Absolutely — and we encourage it. Every October during harvest season, we organize a Harvest Week experience where investors can visit their plots, pick olives from their own trees, tour the press, and enjoy meals prepared with fresh oil. Your grove is GPS-mapped and accessible year-round, and our local team can arrange private visits anytime.

This is a long-term agricultural investment, not a liquid asset. However, we are building a transfer mechanism that allows investors to sell or gift their grove shares to other members of the Juthour community. You can also transfer ownership to family members at any time. We'll be fully transparent: olive groves reward patience, and we structure everything around a long-term horizon.

Juthour leases agricultural land on 30-year terms. As an investor, you hold contractual rights to the yield and production of your designated plot through our UAE holding structure. While you don't own the land outright (which involves complex Lebanese foreign ownership laws), your rights to the trees, their production, and the associated returns are legally secured for the full lease term.

Juthour is an investment, not a charity. You receive real financial returns from oil production, physical olive oil shipped to your home, and a tangible asset you can pass to your heirs. We operate as a business with professional agricultural management, financial auditing, and clear return projections.
